About The Member Appreciation Party
This annual event is a "Thank You" to our Cary Chamber Members, and an opportunity for YOU to showcase your restaurant.
- Event details
- Date: Wednesday, October 16, 2024
- Set Up: Anytime Between 12:00pm - 4:30pm Day Of
- Event Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
- Location: Cary Chamber of Commerce
- We ask that each vendor provide samples for roughly 200 guests.
- Electricity is available, but limited. Please be sure to request this option beforehand.
- The Chamber will provide tables, but we ask the vendor to provide their own table set up and all needed for services (table cloths, napkins, plates, marketing materials, and a tent if you'd like).
- We will advertise each vendor via registration heavily from now until the event.
- Set up that day must be completed by 4:30 p.m.
- Guests arrive at 5 p.m.
- This takes place on Chamber Grounds - outside (rain plan is to move inside)
- *Max of 2 vendors for each food category (i.e. pizza, ice cream, etc.)
